How do we manage the process?

Whether you are a buyer or seller, RERA regulations require you to sign a contract with us allowing us to market your property (sellers) or show you properties (buyers). During the initial consultation our agents will go through these forms with you covering any concerns or questions you may have.

For sellers, all offers received will be presented to you by way of an “offer letter”.  This is to not only confirm we have a written signed offer, but also the commercial terms of the offer received and what the value of the offer is to you.

Why do we do this? Often when contracts are drawn up, hearsay can delay the signing of the contract - if the commercial terms of the deal have been agreed prior to contract signature, the process becomes a little smoother

Once a sale/purchase has been agreed, a contract of sale will be drafted for your agreement and signature, along with RERA form F (property sale contract between Seller and Buyer), and our agency fee agreements. Our contracts have been read legally and used several times to ensure best practices are kept -  any additional terms can be included at this point as part of this contract of sale. Should further terms be required after the signature of both parties, an addendum can be drafted to the original contract of sale.

The process of buying or selling a property in Dubai can take from four to sixteen weeks depending on financiers involved, developers issuance of clearance letters and booking slots for the final transfer date. Crompton Partners Estate Agents will be on hand throughout the whole process.
